Kept us waiting two days. Said they’d be here two days ago. Had to keep calling and got the run around. Told us be there in about 20 minutes on the second day. An hour later still not here. Called again and he acted like he had no clue about the service call and he installed the water heater! Service sucks

Good service at a reasonable price. Very responsive. Over the years, Kevin and his team have come out on weekends when needed. Have used them for years and intend to continue. They care, and they work hard.
