Fantastic Customer Service The staff was very friendly and willing to take the time to show us around and tell us about all the different services. I'm pregnant and they geared the tour towards all the services for maternity and how the would cater to my special needs.
Great Massage In my recent visit to Dolce Salon and Spa on 8/25 at Arrowhead I had a Swedish massage completed. The waiting area was very relaxing with drinks, a waterfall type fountain and a fire place. When I went back for the massage it was very comfortable and relaxing. The massage was great, and the masseuse was great about verifying the level of pressure I wanted for the massage. The massage was really great and I felt very relaxed afterward. Customer service could use some work The decor inside is beautiful! I went in for a spa pedicure and I was not very pleased. I asked for a french pedi and got crooked white lines. The ladies at the front desk were snobs! No warm welcoming or smiles. But I must add, the place is beautiful and very clean! I will return but for other services.
Dolce Salon & Spa is fabulous My visit to Dolce in Arrowhead was a little slice of heaven. I started with a brow wax that was almost painless but the look is fabulous. I then had a spa pedicure. The current scent is tangerine. I sat back in the massage chair enjoying the scrubbing and massaging on my feet and calves while enjoying the delicious scent of tangerine. I walked out relaxed and refreshed. I cannot wait to go back.
Dolce Salon & Spa is great place to be!! I had shayla at Dolce arroehead do my hair. She put blone highlights that came out sooo good!! She also has since cut my hair and I love it. Great place!!
I <3 this salon! Hi! My name is Sarah and I just got home from my full set of acrylic nails apointment with the most fabulous nail tech a salon could have. My apointment was at 8pm 01.21.2010. Her name is Kiki and i have never had such a great nail tech! I just met a new favorite. LOVE this place!!! I just returned from my visit to the Arrowhead location, and I have to say, it was amazing!!!! I used my Facebook hook-up of 40% of services, so that made it even better!! My facial was 90 minutes and I wish it were ALL day! The lady who did my facial was really sweet and personable. Fabulous experience! I'm surprised by the poor reviews on this site also. Other review sites have far more reviews and the salon averages 4-5 stars out of 5 with far more reviews. Anyhoo, this was my first visit to Dolce Salon and I was very pleased with my service, from the girl who booked my last minute haircut and made an excellent stylist recommendation, to the stylist, Mikala, and her assistant, Marissa. LOVE DOLCE!!!! I LOVE DOLCE!!! They are so generous with their specials on facebook. I was going to Dolce so often I even became a member because of all the great deals for members. I've loved every service I've had there... For starters I love Breanna who does my haircut and Brazilian blow out.
