Packed by the time I showed. The employees are ready for it getting customers the help they need and checked out at a good pace. They always have everything I need.
Owner directs that orders are filled at less then what the customer paid. Owner pushes for other flowers to be used then what the bride has paid and asked for. I had two checks that bounced. There were a handful of people who were laid off and then ads were posted for their jobs a couple weeks later. This place treats employees and some customers very poorly.
