Worst Cleaners in Los Angeles – The worst cleaners by far in Los Angeles. I have gotten better dry cleaning at the $1.50 per garment cleaners! First of all I took over a really expensive dress and pair of slacks. The dress they stained and snagged, the pants almost looked worse when I got them back. They said they would fix the snag and stain in the dress, but when I picked it up a day later it looked like they didn't even touch it. AVOID – This place is the WORST!! THEY RUIN EVERYTHING!!! They tell you to come back, then they don't have anything ready, they either loose or manage to ruin anything you leave. I am warning you, i have given them plenty of chances and am not normally an angry customer, do not take anything here....ERIC is so rude and so are the rest of the idiots that work here
The worst service ever they just ruined a $400 coat, and when I complained they were rude and said i had to high expectations and to take my clothes somewhere else. If you like your clothes don't go there......
THE BEST DRY CLEANERS – THIS STORE WAS THE BEST EVER!!!!! THEY DID EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE!!!!! THEY TOOK OUT STAINS I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT!!! BIG SHOUTOUT TO SMITTY!!!!
Did not shrink my cotton dry cleaning. that's all i wanted. Otherwise average place with expensive prices. Did not condition my leather jackets and left a small stain on one of them.
