Received rent late every month with no communication or late charges added. He avoids emails, phone calls and texts about 75% of the time. He waited to tell me until a tenant was moving out "after two years" that they only paid half of a security deposit. The tenants skipped town after trashing the place and I was only left with a half months rent which was the half the security deposit. This only scratches the surface of problems. I wouldn't trust this company to run a lemonade stand.
Stay away from this place. I talked with the gentleman about evrthing and was told he can work with me and my credit issues and filled out the application and credit all secure. And information from the house didn't match the location on the application he set up . And paid the 50 dollar fee and sent multiple emails. Then nothing. No calls no emails returned to me. Dave managed my home for a couple of years and I found him to be very responsive to both me and my tenant.
For those of you who need a property manager AVOID this man at all costs. We are currently evicting the tenants that he recommended. Our home is now is squalor. Human, dog, feces and urine cover every surface and saturate our rugs and walls. Vermin have taken over our home. He ignored our attempts to communicate with him and lied about fixing the issues at our home. His license expired and didn't tell us.
