ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had an upper plate made by dr Councill. I paid extra to have it made digitally so it could be replaced without going through the process of dental casting again. I’ve contacted his office manager via phone three times without receiving any response other than he’s looking into it. I’ve now sent an email directly to Dr Councill and have received no response after 7 days. Dogwood Dental took a number of precautions to ensure everyone's safety during my recent visit in these times of social distancing. In addition to their professionalism and pleasant demeanors, these extra steps made me feel more secure in these uncertain times.
