Rachel is a highly skilled and professional home inspector. Get her to do your home inspection if you can. She did our home inspection in the fall of 2014. She showed up on time and proceeded to do a thorough inspection of the house we were looking to buy, even crawling around for quite a while in a less than inviting crawl space.
