Do Not Use DogHouse Computers! This place is horrible, and non customer friendly. My mother took them a laptop, that had some issues booting up. They gave her some outlandish price to fix, pretty much the cost of the laptop, as it is a 6 year old laptop. She declined over the phone, and they told her it would be a couple of days before they would have it ready, as they had all the screws out, and hadn't gotten around to putting it back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Tried to hold my laptop hostage despite me already paying all costs- Informed me that I would have to pay them $75 if I wanted my OWN laptop back after attempted repair! After 20 minutes of arguing, they returned my laptop to me in 1000 pieces in a large rubbermaid box.
DOGHOUSE IS AWESOME!!! A+++ doghouse has helped me out numerous times. i have been satisfied every time i've gone there. super smart guys. i will definetly call them for any technical advise.
