Great business I am very pleased with this business. When my computer tore up again, I called around for prices. What they quoted me was very fair. Later on I called them again to see if they purchased computers, and they were going to give me a very good deal on a used computer. They sell them as well. The phone staff is very helpful and friendly, and I think they are a great place to start your search.
UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service...My husband needed a USB port replaced on our laptop. We had seen DogHouse computers and decided to try to support a local business, as opposed to the big box stores like Best Buy. When our PlayStation 3 completely stopped working, other shops basically told us "tough luck" and tried to sell us a new one. Someone told me that DogHouse repaired gaming equipment, so I called them. They understood exactly what I was talking about and told me to bring in my PS3. Dog House Computers will try and con you This place will steal your money. I brought my computer to this store to install a new DVD-ROM. The price was reasonable $100.00 for this, so i took a chance with these people. The installation was done quickly, but when i got home with my tower, it no longer worked. I took it back to the shop where they looked at it, but could not find the problem, so they wanted me to leave the tower there. I thought, ok, something minor happened, no problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Tried to hold my laptop hostage despite me already paying all costs- Informed me that I would have to pay them $75 if I wanted my OWN laptop back after attempted repair! After 20 minutes of arguing, they returned my laptop to me in 1000 pieces in a large rubbermaid box. Terrible business and bad customer service. Will warn EVERYONE I know! Never again!!

Will always use this place! I have used every shop in Clarksville and these guys are the only ones who took the time to explain everything and how I can stop my computer from crashing out again. When my nephew re-installed a program and crashed it out 2 WEEKS after getting it repaired, these guys totally worked with me to get it fixed again. AWESOME customer service.
