I think the workers try very hard to make sure the dogs and cats have a great experience. Unfortunately you can't make every one happy, but i think they have tryed. If you ever have a problem talk to Patty or Linsey, they will make sure the problem gets fix.
We have been taking our corgi/terrier here for several months for grooming. The staff is always so friendly and good with our dog! They do a really great job all-around and we have been very happy to keep using their services.
They done such a good job with my baby! First hair cut and I'm highly pleased definitely will be back for all the cuts to come (:

Doggy Designs is the BEST!!! The people are wonderful, caring, and always do a fantastic job on all of my rescue dogs! The boutique is also a great place to buy cute dog clothes, leashes, collars, beds, doggie cologne, shampoo, and etc. And, whether you are paying for service or products you are getting the BEST quality! Thank you Doggy Designs for all that you do!
my chihuahua, had his toe nails, clipped. When I picked him up, they had scented them nicely, with doggie cologne and had a cute bandana, put on him!
The guy there seemed completely unprofessional with my dog. First of all his approach was not even somewhat inviting. My dog was clearly scared of the guy, my dog is never scared of anyone, but he insisted on pulling him (choking him) with this rubber rope thing. Then he asks me "has he ever had a bath?". I was there for 2 minutes and I was insulted and felt my animal was mistreated. I won't be going back or recommending this place.
