We took our miniature schnauzer in for a cut and upon getting her home we realized both eyes had blood pooled up in them. 😭 I had to call the vet and we still aren’t sure if they just got a bunch of hair in her eyes or if they nicked her with the cutters. Either way, it’s not okay. She has NEVER left the groomer in pain with her eyes bleeding! Once was enough for me to never take my dog back there.
Will NEVER return!! Apparently they don’t do trims and don’t tell you that. They do HAIRCUTS! They were told to trim my teacup Yorkie and they almost shaved her!! The groomer cut 6 inches or more off my fur baby. She is a 5 lb Yorkie and 1.5 yrs old. They did the same thing to my moms Yorkie which is the same size. They were both taken in at the same time and were told to do the same thing on each of them. I had many words with them on the phone. I was told they don’t do trims just puppy haircuts and dog cuts. Is the best and friendliest groomers very professional. They are done in a reasonable time I just love the owners and their employees. This is the only place I take my babies
