Terrible customer service and communication from the service department. I was quoted two days for them to look at my truck to investigate a code and it took an additional three days for them to just look at the truck. Once the timing was delayed there was a complete lack of follow up/response from the service department. Then I was informed parts were on back order and there were no aftermarket parts available.
