Dinner at the D&P tonight with the hubby, wanted something light so we both ordered the all you can eat salad bar. For $29.99 you receive: an extra 1 cent charge on your bill, not sure why or what we were charged for, wilted lettuce on the salad bar & if you ask the staff to put fresh lettuce out they will fill a container for you of more old wilted lettuce hand you the container so you, as a paying customer, can put it out yourself.
Good food. Great place for kids to run and play. Eagle burger was awesome.
Great burgers. Has a nice play area outside so kids can play while waiting for their food or while the adults enjoy visiting.
Went for lunch on Labor Day weekend. Food is good. Atmosphere is laid back & cool. Great kids area. Only wish they played some sort of music.
We ended up here because the place we originally wanted to go was closed (they also got a "nice" review from me for not having the correct schedule on website). Anyway, this place does have a nice, family atmosphere, but we were not impressed with the food or the prices. I ordered the chicken fried steak and had to LOL when I saw its size. It's obvious the guy I ordered from has never been to Lulu's Cafe in SA and doesn't really know the meaning of "big," hahaha! It did taste good, though.
