First time there. Burger was very good but frozen fries ruin a burger. Need real potatoes & it would be great

The food was nasty and i paid $80 for my family it wasn't even worthy the drive js !!!
Went in on Monday for the advertised special of $2.50 beers and 1/2 off kids meals. Was hoping to find a new dinner spot our family and lucking out on our first visit being on a night they ran specials. After we sat down we realized we were over charged. We told cashier and he informed us that we "needed to request special pricing". Are you kidding me?! Ok. He gave us cash back then came back and took it back and said our card "should" be refunded.
