Have visited Greenville when daughter Was living there, but never had the opportunity to eat there. Finally did and was not disappointed. One of the best steaks I have ever had and the staff was fantastic, wait on you hand and foot
As far back as I can remember this was the place we went to eat every time we visited with our grandparents and great grandparents. Haven't found any steaks to come close to these. My daddy always talked about getting a pot of spaghetti to bring home. This place has been a family tradition for the Castlen family for many years. Miss being able to come up there. If I could give more than five stars I would.
I lived in Greenville K through my senior year(back in the day) and I loved it. We go back from time to time (reunions and such) and ALWAYS go to Doe's! The food is amazing and so is the staff!
Best dinner you will find anywhere in the world. From their salad to tamales, to shrimp, fries, steak, etc, etc.
It may just be the best steak I've ever had and I've had steak at some well rated places!
