I went here to get some topsoil the owner told me $20 a truck load I paid $40 to go ahead and get the second load later I come back about 30 to 45 minutes later and came back to get the second load, as he gets done putting it in there I say have a nice day and he tells me no I need to pay for it, I then proceed to ask him why when I had paid him 45mins beforehand and ask the questions earlier and now he goes and back tracks and says no it's 40$ for that soil and 40$ for this.
