My purchase of my new 2012 Dodge Ram Longhorn was awesome Josh my salesman was very informative of the products and when I said if the color I wanted was here I would by it and he said we have oe just for you, this was a sale deal for me so I bought it and so far I love it. If ya need a great salesman make sure you see Josh you wont be disappointed he is great
YOU need to pay attention t what youre signing. I, being so ignorant, should have reviewed the contract well. They will approve what ever so they can sell their cars. THEY will KILL you with their 13% APR. DONT ever come here. I ended up paying a 2002 used car with \$24,000 after I refinanced my 2007 vehicle with \$8,325.00 balance on it. I was out of my mind. Hope this wont happen to you folks. PLEASE, dont get fooled by those folks out there. Im saving you lots of money.
Their servicing department has been the worst experience for me ever. It them 5 days to just replace a battery and a harness. The technician kept making up excuses why it was not fixed yet. I would call them to get an update on my car and noone would answer the phone or call me back. Do not take your car here, the only reason I took my car there is because needed to get the computer reset in the car. They are terrible!
Dont get anything fixed here. Nothing! Not an oil change (which costs \$50+ for basic), not a light bulb, not a fuse, nothing! I have had some bad experiences at some shady places but not like this. Ok so at 8:30 I drop my Magnum off because I had been having a few problems. My check engine light would come on and go off. My steering would shake. My 12vdc outlet stopped working and I needed an oil change. I have a full warranty that covers everything but the oil change. So I gave the Assistant Service Manager my warranty inf... read more
This dealer is overcharging big time!! I have worked at Dodge dealers for 10 years and never expected to be charged \$50.00 dollars for an oil change on a Neon. I know how much the parts cost and was blown away at how much they charge for them. I am thirty years old and out of all the times I have had my oil changed, it has never been over thirty dollars to change the oil on a small domestic car that holds 4.5 qts. I was very disgusted and will never go back!!!"
The only person that I will deal with is the floor manager, Tim. Ive purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have been upset in the past with the salespeople due to their lack of knowledge or professionalism. The staff that I had encountered at Dodge Country, were very rude, inconsiderate and very unprofessional. From the time I entered, to the time that I left, Ive never been so unsatisfied getting my vehicle serviced anywhere. Okay, so I had already put about \$500 or more into my 2000 Dodge Neon trying to get the Air Conditioner fixed. I had taken it to the Precision in Cove and had them look into it, and spent over \$500 with them only to find out that after replacing the wires, the compressor, and blowing a valve, that they thought I needed a new PCM, and would have to go to Dodge Country in Killeen.
