This was probably the easiest car purchase I ve ever had. Brandon Bates was awesome! We went to buy a used Avenger with 15k miles car but ended up getting a new one (with 7 total miles on it) after he showed us the deals we could get. All this with no pressure. I made my point firm that we had a payment in mind and 1 dollar over we we going to walk away. He understood and found us a deal we liked. Thanks Brandon we love the car!
Dodge service department is AWFUL. My car is a year old and has had MAJOR issues. But they cant find anything wrong, so me made a claim while Chrysler (chrysler has been amazing, told us not to go pick up my car, they are going to have specialist look at it, gave us a rental for 1-2 weeks and are going to come up with a solution).... Dodge on the other hand, has called my husband and myself demanding we come pick it up and saying they will not authorize a rental any longer and being extremely rude. I will say with experiencing 2 other dealerships in the area and feeling like just another sale that dodge country treats you well and makes you feel like a true customer and welcome. They get you what you want offer the most in customizing options. Even after the sale you still feel welcome and at home. The people are amazing and very friendly. Highly recommended dealership.
Service department stinks. My check engine light has come on twice in the span of a month. One would think they would have fixed it right the first time since it doesn t even have 15,000 miles on it. Not to mentio I had my first scheduled service done there and my oil filter wasn t tightened properly. I found this out when I had my next oil change done at another location.
I m writing this to let you know that my husband and I had the best and most respectful salesman on Saturday March 21st, 2012. We had 3 prior new vehicle purchases from Dodge Country before we went in to look at the 2012 Dodge Journey at 7:15PM. Every other purchase was quick and the sales and finance staff have always been prompt and very courteous. We hoped that our normal salesman was still there however, we found out he moved up to finance so we asked for Brandon Bates who was recommended by someone. Great Recommendation. I bought a brand new truck 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 from them and my truck has only 2046 miles and its been in the shop 3 times for transmission issues plus they are not providing me the remote door locks and rubber mat for bed of truck as noted. I have bought 3 vehicles in one month from the the 3rd vehicle didnt want but was convinced to buy it now my mother took over the payments because i couldnt afford it because i didnt have a job.
Just bought my third vehicle from Dodge Country in Killeen. I can say it was the best experience in buying a car. This time we decided to shop around and see what was out there. Still, Dodge Country had just what we wanted and at the best price. I dont like haggling and going back and forth and when it came to my trade, I got more than what I thought I would! We bought a 2011 Town and Country from 163miles away by telephone and web. Finest service yet. Carlos was awesome! I didnt have to ask for anything, he provided every answer before I could ask. The whole team at Dodge Country helped. Over and above, they knew I traveld 4 hours and put gas in both our vehicles before we left. Thank you all Team Dodge.
