The service department at Dodge Country is terrible. My daughter took her 2013 Avenger in for a warranty related repair. The service advisor, Walt, informed my daughter that the motor oil MUST be changed to facilitate the repair and was not covered under the new car warranty. I talked to Walt and he informed me that the oil did not have to be changed, so I told him not to change it. He said it was already being changed because my daughter had given the ok to do it. I am 61 years old, this is the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Brandon Bates is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process his customer service is outstanding. I am still in shock, met him at 12:30 pm and left the lot with a new truck by 2:00 pm. My trade in was also purchased here and was the worst car buying experience I ve ever had. There are several there that can learn a lot about there job from him. Thank You Brandon for such a pleasant experience!

Just purchased my second new car from Dodge Country and it was one of the best experiences I ve ever had at a dealership. I first contacted the Internet sales department a few days prior to visiting the dealership. I traded a few emails with Tamara so everything would be ready when I arrived. Janee Boregella and Brandon Bates are amazing! I contacted Janee looking for a used Dodge Ram and she put me in contacted with Brandon. Brandon called me and asked a couple questions about what I would like in a vehicle. By the end o the day I drove out in a new 2013 Dodge Ram Hemi that fit my budget with all the perks I wanted.
