What a horrible experience. Paid $85 to send a Priority Mail Express International small package to Australia which is supposed to take 2 to 3 days. Package wasn't even scanned into the USPS system until almost three days after drop off. Of course, Document Solutions blamed the Post Office, but interesting I was promised the tracking information the same day I gave them the package, but they didn't provide it until late in the day three days after...and then only after I had to call to remind them...TWICE.
