Horrible....went in today and waited for 1 and a half hours to be told our insurance was out of network. What a disgrace!!;
A part of a doctors office is to treat a patient for illness. Instead of doing that today at the Madison street location I was turned away because the very unhealthy overweight rn or doctor attempted to get more money out of me because he wanted me to report that my injury came from work rather than not because they charge me $65 more if it did happen at work since I am uninsured. My finger was pricked deep and now infected and it's my choice to report if it was work related or not. Do your job and take care of your customer... read more
