Last night our son broke his arm playing a baseball game and went went to DoctorsCare to get xray's. We have been going to DoctorsCare for many years and have always been treated with excellent care. Last night was no exception. We were treated as if we were family and that was a huge benefit for us during the stressful moments last night. Thank you so much for taking care of us!!!!
As a former employee and a nurse that once recommended this facility, I must say that the service has declined drastically. The Doctors USED to Care. Thourough patient history may explain current ailment rather than these Docs jumping to conclusions. Don't expect return calls from this facility. I was expecting a long wait since it is a walk in clinic but I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The doctor was nice and personable and seem to care and want to get me better fast. If I am ever in a need of a walk in clinic again, I will be sure to come back here.
15 min later, we got admitted. In less than an hour, we were done. Our problem had a solution. Very relieved. Very happy with their professionalism and care. Thank you so much! We love this place! Thank you for taking care of our daughter. I’m happy to see my baby smile again.
The service at the Wilma Rudolph location is horrible. When people are sick you should be compassionate enough to do what you can for them. We were rushed out because it was close to closing time and the lady at the front desk said she was ready to go. They started cutting the lights off in the front before we could ask questions about her prescription. That’s just part of the issues. This place was the worse and she left feeling worse and confused. Do not use this place if you can help it! They don’t care about people
Super slow. Three hours just to get a flu and strep test. Waited 45 minutes just to go back with only 2 other people in the waiting room. 30 minutes between each test and tons and tons of waiting. They make you pay first so you are just trapped into staying. Go somewhere else if you want faster diagnosis and treatment!!!
