When I’m feeling bad and can’t see my regular doctor I always go to the doctors urgent care the staff there is very caring and Dr Galvin always gives the right meds to make you feel better. Thanks
There staff here is always very friendly very helpful and genuinely concerned about your care. I won't go anywhere else but to them. They are also very prompt and professional. Thx y'all
Very thorough and sufficient.
There are more caring and well equipped urgent care centers in Slidell and on the north shore. I'd even recommend going to the emergency room besides this place. Unprofessional and no compassion. Customer service all around is sub par when it should be impeccable because people go here seeking help from people they think are going to help them and they do not listen and their front service staff are about as compassionate as I don't even know what.
Will NOT RETURN TO THIS OFFICE! I provided a complete list of medicines and illnesses on their application, but I was prescribed a medication that should never have been prescribed with my previous illnesses. The medication worked against my other medications and caused my condition to worsen substantially. Forturnately, I realized I was having problems and stopped taking it. It made me so sick. My family had an emergency over the weekend. We have used Doctors Urgent care in the past and appreciate Dr. E and his excellent staff. This time we met Dr. Peter Galvan and he was so helpful and attentive to our situation. He is a thorough medical professional and helped us so much. The best around!!!. They know my family and we visit yearly instead of the er when unfortunate things happen. Love all the providers. Very professional and personal. They listen and even get to know their patients.
