Great service. The doctor and nurses were very kind.
I went to Doctors Urgent Care yesterday for the remnants of the flu that has lingered for the past 10 days. It morphed into what they diagnosed as bronchitis and sinusitis. I cannot say enough about the professional, friendly & extremely thorough care I received. Aimee, FNP didn't just assess my respiratory conditions, she also alerted me to possible high blood pressure. I am thankful for the attentive care I received from everyone who worked there. Was there for 4 hours until I finally paid and walked out. They ran (not joking) every single test I could imagine. Felt like they were scamming my insurance company. Unprofessional, kept me waiting way too long, didn't explain things well, left with instructions that didn't match what was prescribed. What a waste of time and money. Will never ever go back.
The staff was efficient and friendly. The Dr. was knowledgeable and explained each step and test. The facilities are clean and they have the equipment right there to make a diagnosis. They get you in and out quickly. Win win.
