Saturday morning checked in at 9 AM and met with Dr Gavin shortly after. He, the nurses and front desk were all professional, personable and timely I highly recommend Doctors Urgent Care Bart

Awful. Rude people at the desk. There isn’t a good thing I can say about this place. The girl at the front desk with the tattoos is just so unprofessional. I was concerned about my covid testing. And told her I believed I was swabbed i correctly & she asked me “well where is your lab technician license?” I didn’t think that was professional at all. Our wait was about 3 hours but it was packed when we got there the staff was very good once we got in the back it went fast I recommend this urgent care

Having a large family with 8 school-aged children, we have used this facility numerous times. Two immediate family members have been hospitalized both at Ochsner Northshore. One survived, the other did not and the reason for going to the facility was their advertising an antibody test for COVID-19 because it was required for our daughter to return to her daycare.
