Saturday morning checked in at 9 AM and met with Dr Gavin shortly after. He, the nurses and front desk were all professional, personable and timely I highly recommend Doctors Urgent Care Bart

Awful. Rude people at the desk. There isn’t a good thing I can say about this place. The girl at the front desk with the tattoos is just so unprofessional. I was concerned about my covid testing. And told her I believed I was swabbed i correctly & she asked me “well where is your lab technician license?” I didn’t think that was professional at all. Our wait was about 3 hours but it was packed when we got there the staff was very good once we got in the back it went fast I recommend this urgent care

Having a large family with 8 school-aged children, we have used this facility numerous times. Two immediate family members have been hospitalized both at Ochsner Northshore.
