Spent an hour on the phone for no one to pick up. Now have to go to urgent care to get a medicine refill. I have been there for so many years and like my family doctor but will not being back. They don’t care about patients or give them the time. I am very disappointed . Do not go here it is a waste of your time and energy. The nurses are rude and uneducated. The worst and most incompetent staff members, incredibly rude and unhelpful. They are not suited to be in the health care industry. They make mistakes constantly and try to blame it on the patients for their own shortcomings. The receptionists should learn some manners, and stop being so inept. Be warned before giving this clinic your time.
I love it cause it's a part of Airdrie for a long time now.
