They Need Better Maintenance I've lived here since 2003. We've only had one pest infestation, which is good. Also good- they repair plumbing reasonably quickly wheHowever, they need to mow the communal lawn more often. Also, we haven't had our walls repainted or the carpets changed since we moved in.
