I have not had overly wait time which has been awesome. The front desk girls are very nice and pleasant. Loved the doctor who saw me and appreciated her manner and help.
Didn’t have to wait too long, and staff was very friendly. NP was very kind and listened to my babbling back story. She was very informative and seemed eager to help me solve my health issue (referral to a specialist & meds).
This location is very nice. The reception area is very nice and clean. The front staff is very nice and always helpful. The nursing staff is nice as well. My experience at this location has been nothing but good.
Staff is fast and efficient when you have an appointment.. Staff also very respectful of privacy and very curtious. This will be my go to place in the future when I'm hurt or sick..
I was pretty disappointed to make an "appointment" online for 4:40 in the afternoon (I made the appointment around 11 am) and then not be seen until 5:54pm. People who arrived after me (at least were on the waiting board after me) got called back first. It turns out the system does not make appointments, it just holds your spot in line. That's a reasonable system, but if that's the way it works, why do they even offer the opportunity to make a reservation in advance? Why not just state it's first-come, first-serve and not gi... read more
Got there at 11:00, left at 2:00. Enjoyed Dr. D'Ambrosio though.
