5 star experience for seaside. Had to take X-rays in the Monterey location. Was told there would be a 30 minute wait time due to the technician was at lunch. It’s been 60 minutes still haven’t been seen. I understand it’s real busy but don’t say 30 minutes if u know it can be a lot longer. Because I was told 30 minutes and now we’re way over that time slot I’m upset. It just would of been better not say anything at all.
everything was fast very friendly and caring
Walked in for a back injury, wait time wasn’t bad at all. Staff was very friendly and the doctor I saw listened and showed that she truly cares about her profession and care for patients.
