I had an amazing experience at this Location. Hanna was AMAZING and so extremely helpful! She helped explain differences in pricing with and without insurance and informed me they offer AfterPay as a payment plan if needed. She helped my mom find an almost identical pair of glasses at a more affordable price point and helped keep my 7 yr old entertained showing him the touchscreen 'Eyewear customizing tool' while I shopped for glasses. Very concerned and detailed DR. and staff.. Dr. Joe Williams gave me 1 of the best eye exams I ever had in the 50 years of wearing glasses. Thank you Joe!! It was a great exam that I had today at Lenscrafters in Southpointe Pavilion in Lincoln, NE. The Dr was Very easy to discuss my eye problems with. I will recommend this location in the future .
