I couldn’t believe how fast the process was and how genuinely polite the staff & doctors were. They asked me some questions & allowed me to express myself with my belief of why I thought I needed mmj. The best service your going to get anywhere ... having issues dealing with the state's website they are there to help and fast... have never had a problem in 3 years.. wonderful people and a great doctor ... Be sure to ask for Cristina she gets it done and makes things so much easier.. Thank you Cristina for your help....
This place absolutely beats the rest! My first time I received my card by email the same day I saw the doctor. This time is taking a little longer, but only because of all the circumstances going on with the virus and all. The secretary Christine is awesome, she goes above and beyond her job to make sure things get done right. I strongly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.
Even during this coronavirus, all the staff at Doctors of Natural Medicine are pleasant and never rude. They are understanding of situations. I recently went in for a renewal appointment. I am a high risk patient. I found their office to be practicing social distancing as it should be. I was apprehensive to go to begin with, but after seeing they were taking it seriously, I was much at ease. I wouldn't go anywhere else now that I've experienced their level of competence.
