Cristina Welch, receptionist went over the top to help me. I was in pain while I was there. Bronchitis kicked my ribs out of place and Lupus hurts everything else. She was so sweet by taking extra time with me. She even gave me a club soda to settle my stomach and walked me to my car. Dr. Bast was also very professional. He gave me the maximum plant count and showed empathy as I was truly suffering.

The doctor and staff are very nice and the over the phone consult was great. I'm only giving this 3 stars because trying to finish the application online was a nightmare. I would pay the office the extra $26 for them to finish it for me, it would be so much more convenient

Was quick and easy as a returning patient. The Doctor gave me a couple of good advices as I suffer from issues on my back. This is my 3rd year going thru the process at the same location, I’ll return next year for sure, also the staff is super helpfully if you have a problem with paperwork.
