Took over 30 mins just to tell us they could not find us with their practice whatever that means. Was put on hold without being told. What in the hell would have happened if it was something major and I didn't know? What if something happened to my baby girl? I see most people in health care don't even want to be apart of it, you are there for a check not the fulfilling part of saving lives. Dr. Kelly is the best around - she takes compassionate and caring to a whole new level. She’s cared for our kids for almost 7 years and even at their worst they are always excited to see her.
We have been coming here for 3 almost 4 years and despite moving across town we commute to this clinic as 99% of the time the service and experience is exceptional. We have only ever had 1 complaint the whole time and it was addressed and corrected in a timely and effect manner. We absolutely love Dr. Houston and all the staff we have seen over the years!
Not a HIPAA Violation but close to. I ask for privacy to avoid altercations. They ignored my request, the Dr also told her assistant to ignore my request. Then after hanging up on me, they decide to slander my name to the person I asked to be discreet from (due to legal issues). Dr. Kelly not only ignored my request, but told her assistant to mention my name as they talked trash about me to the person who's making my son's health concerning. At the end of the day they ignored my concerns for the overall wellbeing for my son.
Was a pretty decent doctors office. Some nurses were nice, while others were rude and didn’t seem very caring towards children. My son was scheduled appointment, uncaring if my son was well or not, they told us to leave because we were only 7 minutes late. They told us that they didn’t have time and he didn’t seem like he needed emergency help.
