This place is TRASH. My dad went for sick appointment and never had his Rx sent to the pharmacy on file. The customer service is a joke. I’m going on Monday to get a print out after everyone there was absolutely no help. DO NOT COME HERE.

En este sintió hay preferencia, atienden primero a los pacientes nuevos aunque usted haya llegado primero y después le dicen que el paciente nuevo hizo appointment para llegar a llenar los papeles

I suggest you find another physician. This was my primary doctor for a few years but after covid this place has took a turn for the worse (it was already bad, now it's just poor) They will have you come in for labs and wait forever to call you, I was literally the first one in and didnt get called for labs until a 3rd person was called. I was starving and I had to go back to work. At another opportunity I had to do a walk in for some symptoms I was having. Nurses will lie to you over the phone. No regards to other people having lives. I waited all weekend and drove up there to 27th Ave on Monday morning only to find out they dont do that at this particular location does not do covid tests. So, why tell people over the phone that doctors medical center offers these tests without an appointment. I know all offices record calls. It's fine I already reported this location to Medicare as the reason I need a new primary doctor. When your sick do not call this office. Over worked nur... read more
