My daughter had a baby midmorning at 6am a rep went to charge a service she did not approve done on her baby who was hours old then to find out they are out of network. If someone goes to an in network facility they should not be paying 100 0/0 for a service that is not goin to be covered by insurance as it is she paid premiums, deductible, coinsurance and now this.
