I have been treated at this hospital on several occasions. The staff is top notch, professional and went above and beyond.
First impression is horribly bad. The hospital is dingy looking, we arrived by ambulance with asthma problems and tightness in chest & 10-12 people have been called in front of us.
Now understand why this hospital had the review they do. Not only is the staff extremely rude but also extremely incompetent, disrespectful and just outride useless. My Spanish speaking sister went in to the hospital after being diagnosed with pneumonia. Several times we asked for an interpreter and FOUR hours later still no interpreter. I called in to speak on her behalf on was given nothing but attitude and rudeness from the beginning to the end. The charge nurse being the worst.
