I’d give a ZERO if it was possible. YOUR employee made me take my very expensive belly button ring out for an XRay while in the ER. I handed it to him. Never got it back and your patient relations employee, Heather, said since it’s not a medically necessary device, they are not responsible! The absolutely best hospital you can go to. It is the best of the best.
I want to thank the staff, nurses, cnas, etc for taking care of my sweetheart during her couple of stays. On the other hand, the ER and some of the doctors have much to be desired. Their lack of knowledge, understanding, and willingness to explain things are very poor and they are as personable as a wet paper bag.
