Went into the Stevens Point Walk In for a lingering cough. Was met right away at the triage desk by a young lady who was fantastic and quick at her job. Sat in the waiting room for less than a minute until a nurse came out to get me. The nurse was fantastic in the room, I enjoyed her conversation. I had an amazing podiatrist take care of me for three years. Then I get a phone call saying he can’t make a follow up and I need to go to a new doc. That was months ago. I’ve tried to get a hold of him as we had plans for further surgeries. What happened? Where did he go? I’ve called multiple times and no one is saying anything. Where is he?!

I had the best experience with the birthing center! I couldn’t have asked for a better team taking care of me and my new baby. I chose to have an all natural birth and no one pressured me into doing anything I didn’t want to do. I would recommend to anyone!
Can’t keep their billing straight and you end up in collections and having to go to court to have them look into a single error. Charge you $20 to fill out a single sheet form with 6 questions on it. Beautiful flowers out front by the way. Wonder which patient paid for them?
