RecommendedThis office is great! Both times I’ve gone, I’ve had some sort of upper respiratory infection, and they will actually check your blood and run tests to see what’s going on with you. I can’t even get tests done at my primary doctor without begging. This office is great. I never wait more than 20 minutes to be seen, and the staff is very friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Dr. Conrad is amazing! I always go here myself or my kids if we can’t get in soon with our regular PCMs. Every time she has been caring and thorough. I have been suffering a bad migraine type pain in one side of my head around my eye that no matter how much pain meds I took it wouldn’t go away. Tons of Sudafed and Tylenol later I gave up and said time to get help and so glad I did! I don’t think I would have survived work today with that pain carrying on. Great and friendly staff.
I always get the best of service from all employees (office staff, doctors, nurses, etc.). You have been my first choice when I can't get an appointment with my primary care doctor at the last minute.
Checked in online, took about an hour from start to finish. Super nice ladies up front, they definitely know what to do. The doctor was quick to find out what was wrong and to get me on my way.
You are expected to sign in on a computer right in front of a real human who could tell you if you're in the right place or wasting your time. This morning I was sent to a different doctors care location and THEY told me they could not help me with my X-ray. They don't do X-rays for outside providers. If a real human at the 1st doctors care (the Main Street location) would have asked me some questions and helped me instead of blindly sending me off to Dorchester road I wouldn't have had to waste time. I brought my son in at 11 this morning. We saw the nurse quite some time ago. She was nice, but I can not comment on the service because we have just been sitting here waiting and waiting. It's just about 1:00pm. Seriously!!! Maybe they are nice. Maybe they are good doctors. We're waiting!
So I have the flu, a sinus infection, and an ear infection. Dr. Hetz was amazing!!! I don't know why we haven't been here sooner. He was very attentive and actually listened to my concerns instead of pretending to listen and then just do what he wanted to. So he could get you out and the next person in. I'm very impressed at the level of care I received from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out! Thank y'all Dr.'s Care!
