Efficient and friendly but insisted I visit ER for UTI. My urologist was appalled
My mom was seen November 24 where she presented both of her Medicare cards. 7 months go by and she gets a bill for 30$. When she calls she was told by the man at the billing side that they only file 1 Medicare insurance and not secondary. Stay away as they will not take both your insurance cards. I guess the new company Novant should be called no good. Stay away or be more prepared of there billing issues
