I have been sitting in a room for almost a hour no dang doctor has yet to come in. Should have taking my child to the hospital if I was gonna have to wait forever. This is b.s.. I started coming here about 2 months ago and swore by them nope not today. I hate this place today
Not sure why it says this place is closed bc it isnt. The nurse was very professional and caring toward me. You can tell she cares about her patients and loves her job, i wish i remembered her name. I went late on a Saturday and there was hardly a wait. I recommend this place.
This place has literally the worst medical care I have received to date. The Dr's were decent but no one in this building will explain test results or answer a single question. Wait times are absurd and they will not give you any sort of reasonable explanation why. I am currently taking test results to another primary care provider to get an explanation about the tests and the results that they had ordered. Been going to the Little River office for a few years now. The doctors are great. So friendly very professional and believe it or not they take their time and do not rush you. The front desk people and nurses are wonderful also. So friendly. Love being able to call ahead as an established patient to check in or check in on line. I always get a follow up call in a few days to see how I am doing. Imagine that in this day and time. Amazing!!!!
I had a rusty nail go through my hand and needed it cleaned out and a tetanus shot. I was very pleased with the care I was given and the professionalism of Doctors Care. I've since then taken my 3 year old daughter in and again was very pleased. This is the only after hours place my family will use!
They helped my elderly father twice and filed his Medicare claim for him. They were courteous & gentle with him, and I appreciate having a resource like them in the community!
As a RN who has worked at a local hospital for the past 3 years and has encountered numerous doctor patient encounters, I have never met a doctor with a worse bedside manner as Dr Drigger. He was rude and condescending. I would rather wait in an ER then go back to him.
From receptionist to doctor.... Receptionist lacked tact and professionalism. The doctor 'Misha" shuffles into the room looking at the floor mumbling her name and title. Her composure was like that of a moody teenager. I could not believe I waited 45+ min on these people. The medical asst that took my vitals was more professional that anyone else there. This doctor's bedside manner is repugnant.
Doctors here are good. However, I was never told there would be a 3 hour wait until we had been waiting for 2 and a half hours already! We were about to get up and walk out! When I asked the receptionist how long it would be before they could see my brother, she said there is a 3 hour wait. When I asked why, she rudely said they had a lot of patients being seen and others waiting to be seen. As though I should have known. Why would it take 3 hours?
