Dr Maffett and his staff are the Best. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. I have been going to him for many years and will continue to use him as my dentist.
The process was quick and painless. Dr. Maffett and his staff are always friendly and efficient and make going to the dentist a more pleasurable experience.
No dental experience is "fun", but Dr Maffett and his team take the angst and unknown out of your visit. Every one of the staff is helpful, courteous, friendly and SKILLED! I highly recommend to anyone, new to the area or well seasoned!
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Maffett since his office opened on Folly Road. Without a doubt, this is the best dental care anyone could hope to receive! Dr. Maffet and the entire staff are not only excellent at their jobs, but they are also caring and friendly people who go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their patients. My first visit to your office was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The X-Ray process was not uncomfortable, and the technician explained the whole process plus each picture so that I knew what was there.
Dr. Maffett and his team are great! I went to them for 3 years while living in Charleston before I moved to LA. Even in LA, I noticed the lack of professionalism, care, and knowledge that I received with the entire team at Maffett Dental Care. So of course, when my husband and I moved back to Charleston, we immediately signed up our Dental Health with Dr. Maffett and his team and continue to be impressed by the level of dedication each team member provides to both my husband and I.

I've been going to dentists for over 60 yrs --(20 yrs courtesy of the taxpayers while i was in the air force)--then on the private market after retirement in 1982--Dr Chris Maffett and his staff (especially Terri,Ashley& Erin) are numero uno--tks YA'LL
if i could rate less than a star i would the bulding and office are wonderfully new but i didn't go there to be belittled and treated like dirt by the staff of providers why is so hard to find a good doctor who knows what he is doing and doen't talk to you like your a 1'st grader when you ask a question that has to do with your health?
