My son ended up there on June 2nd. The care he received was fine. However, they overcharged him and it is HARD to get that corrected. He was charged $75 and our insurance copay is only $45. I have emailed the EOB to the lady in billing several times with no reply :(. I am calling back today, hopefully someone else will help me. Update: Just called back...........still no help. Awaiting a call back, but I am not holding my breath. The poor lady on the phone that is trying to help me, cannot get anyone over billing to answer h... read more
