I've had several treatments at the med spa. All of the estheticians are so pleasant and helpful. I've had treatments from facials to laser hair removal. I always leave feeling satisfied knowing I'm in great care!
If I showed up 45 minutes late for an appointment you would charge me a cancellation fee. After waiting 30 minutes the staff doesn't communicate and I am just expected to reschedule. What a waste of time. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
My experience at Doctor's Approach was phenomenal from start to finish. I was greeted in a friendly matter, the receptionist were kind and efficient. Dr. Messana listened to my concerns, and was very knowledgeable regarding my condition, the medical staff assisted wonderfully. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend this practice to my friends and family. Thank you Doctor's Approach!
Every appointment I've had here they've ran over an hour behind schedule. They tell you to get here 30 minutes prior to your appointment, so expect to spend a good amount of time here!
Do NOT go here. They are splitting people's appointments in half trying to upsell fancy products versus get you in to be seen for what you came for by a regular dermatologist. They even made my 10 and 11 year old sons go through the "Spa" side first which created a 3.25 hour waiting room wait only to see the actual doctor for 10 minutes. We got a huge bill with no recourse for our bad experience and the prescription had a generic for alot less money but we were given the costly one...thanks, Doc.
I thought the staff was unfriendly, and I thought the treatment plan was not very aggressive or thought out. The second visit, the doctor barely looked at my face which was quite frustrating. There was little to no communication about the meds. Overall, I think the staff needs to be a little more caring and welcoming!
I've been treated by Dr. Street and Nurse Practioner Christina Inman. I've always been made very comfortable by their gentle manner and the friendly way my questions are answered. They are both exceptionally, highly skilled and put the patient at ease, both during exams and treatment. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
This group of medical people, from the receptionist to the Doctors, N.P. R.N.'s. M.A.'s, discharge people and anyone associated with this group comes highly trained, compassionate and goes the extra mile to be helpful to the public. I am thankful, grateful and privileged to be their patient.
