The staff gave me the feeling they were more interested in cosmetic stuff than they were about my skin condition. Went back to Dr. Messenger. He removed and biopsied a patch on my leg and removed a wart.
Excellent customer care and service. I have been to Doctors Approach three times in the last three months and I have never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room or the treatment room of either the Spa or Doctor's office. Dr. Street and her team listened to my concerns and designed a treatment plan that really fit. I like being able to go between the dermatology office and the Spa and the fact that the two offices share relevant information. The best! I went for a dermatology appt and loved it, much better than anywhere I’ve went before and actually got a useful regimen that seems to work for me. Get my teeth whitened today on the med spa side and can’t wait! Great staff, so friendly and helpful!
