Essence their Front Desk Manager is the worst reflection of Customer Service you have! I personally knew Dr. Street and she would have never let her patients be treated with such disrespect. I showed up for my 1st consultation, she was rude immediately arguing with me over my appointment time which in the text confirmation stated 4:45. I had all paperwork ready and she stated I needed to reschedule? With an empty lobby I stated I doubt my 15 minute appointment for a consultation would take that long. The staff are not very friendly, and they really try to push the cosmetic/spa procedures, which are very expensive and not covered by insurance. They really don't seem to have the best interests of the patient at heart.
Mackenzie is amazing! I would 100% recommend Doctors approach for all of your dermatology and Med Spa needs! Mackenzie was very professional, welcoming and had a wealth of knowledge. Can’t wait to go back!
