Words can’t express the gratitude… ever. Dr Johnson and his PA helped me heal from a long term non-healing surgical wound. They treated me like a family member and always made me feel protected, cared for and safe. I was extremely afraid that I would be deformed but he was so calming. Even though I knew there would be debridement and some discomfort he always distracted me with cheerful conversations. it has been almost an hour since i scheduled an appointment on line with dr johnson. . waiting to be admitted to the 'zoom' or whatever system they are using. NOTHING. called the number and someone not near the doctor said she would try to contact the provider to see if he was available. not heard anything back.... and we paid in advance!!!!!! p.s. 30 minutes later. just learned that the provider NOT available this week.. why would anyone book an appointment unable to keep. unethical IMO... and much more.
Dr. Johnson is knowledgeable and thorough. But, he is also thoughtful of the pain involved in caring for the wound. I highly recommend him.
