RecommendedIt is very hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to use Monte to verify some major quality and pricing issues with a dealer service shop, and it helped me keep them a little more fair, but I am finally out from under that dealer’s service trap! Yesterday Monte fixed 8 of the remaining 9 “red” or urgent items remaining on our 2008 Saturn Outlook (after the engine fiasco with the dealer, which led to tranny fiasco with the dealer).... I have had my car into Monte twice in the last month for different services. I was happily surprised with the price and the thorough job to make sure my car was safe of the winter roads! He was honest direct and easy to work with! I highly recommend!
I especially appreciated Monte explaining to me everything; treating me like an equal rather than putting me down as a woman. I also appreciated him caring by giving me a prevention/maintenance plan for my vehicle. The work was done quickly and completely and priced reasonably. I left feeling esteemed and valued and well-informed.
Had my vehicle there they did not do the correct job and now I have to take it somewhere else.... on the other had prices seem to high for the work being done
