I found I found the shop friendly from the front desk receptionist to the garage mechanics. They even processed a repair through my warranty company for me. They kept me informed throughout the repair process and had my car ready to go at the time they promised.
As a woman I feel that as a woman I am treated fairly. So many places see a woman by herself and you can see them rubbing their hands together ready to take advantage. Thanks for not treating me that way.

Smog check We cam here for a smog check, oil chane, and evaluation. We liked that they don't push people into unnecessary repairs.e
Great Had an electrical problem in engine controls. Dealership couldn't figure out after a week, but Doctor Auto listened to everything when we dropped off the car and the next day in less than 90 minutes they had the problem diagnosed and fixed.
Honest We had a new transmission put in our truck. Mike was honest and up front about the price. The price did not change when we picked up our truck like a lot of other places do. I hope their service and customer service never changes!

Honest Alternator was replaced. the old one was still under warranty I appreciated that they tracked down the warranty which covered the cost of the alternator.
Dropped Dropped off car for a new radiator. Service was excellent my car is running great. The service was done in one day. Keep up the good work.
