Nicest staff at any urgent care i have been to. Definitely first choice
The front desk staff and the doctor were great. The East Haven telephone system absolutely sucks. The North Haven store was closed without warning. If it's closed, I shouldn't be able to book and appointment and there should be a notice on the website for that day. The terrible East Haven telephone system gets you nowhere. What is supposed to be their local number actually sends you back to the main switchboard. Neither I nor the pharmacist could get through. Everyone was very helpful. Just needed to fill out some paperwork. And the staff helped me do it over the Internet.
Everyone there, from the receptionist to the physician, were professional, kind and caring. While none of us are there for a fun reason, their team made it a pleasant experience.
